See if you can make out the intricacy of Dionne's loc hair do. It's quite beautiful, actually. And she wears it like a true Diva. Dionne's fresh do also saw her stepping into a new color zone. She decided to go BLACK! Not to mention, she told her stylist to add some colour to a few of her locs. Sometimes photos don't do justice to a hairdo :)
