Health Naturally ~ An Omega-3 foods grocery list and other resources

As a follow-up, Kareen wanted to share some of the foods you might try including on your shopping list the next time you visit the supermarket.

Shopping/grocery list
Dairy and juice section:
*eggs
*yogurt
*juice


Meat case:
*lean red meats


Fish (now I know we usually buy these canned, but fresh is an option)
*salmon
*sardines
*tuna


Veggies (green leafy vegetables are high in ALA)
*beans
*spinach
*chinese cabbage


Fruits
*avocado
*kiwi


Grains, Breads, Nuts
*flaxseed
*bread
*oatmeal
