In Barbados, we are half way through the first term of the school year. And for the past 3 or so years, this has been marked with a mid-term break as the first term is 15 weeks long. Another special occasion for all teachers across the island is the celebration of Teacher's Professional Day. This year, my school and a select staff committee organized a workshop on staff etiquette and interpersonal communication and relationships. It was held on the scenic East Coast of the island at one of the most idyllic locations - Bathsheba. I think it is fair to say that we all had a great time! I did!

Here are some photos (taken on the day) of the locs and a bit of the OOTD!
