Good morning, guys and gals!

Wishing you all a wonderful day!

I'm off to my first full meeting before work resumes.

Now, on a different note. I'm really feeling to do something with my locs but not sure what exactly. Will twiddle some ideas around in my head (of course, I mean if the meeting gets boring :) )
I did a black permanent colour during summer hols. Did you pick that up? LOL! Used Dark and Lovely and 2 bottles did the trick. It is something I had wanted to do from the inception of my locs. I love to see jet black dreads! Just me, I guess. My loctitian did it for me in the salon. But, now that I have a better idea what to do, I'm willing to do the next one at home, as long as it is a full head. I do see a much shinier and glossier appearance to my hair. A more toned black, if that is the correct phrase. My scalp has had no adverse effects. So there has been nothing out of the way to report. I had been washing my locs every two weeks since mid-July when I got it done. And for the past two weeks, I've been oiling my scalp using a new product by Bronner Brothers! But that secret stays in the bag for now, lovelies!  :) :)

At the salon day I got the colour done

With that said, my next feat is to try some red. Another colour I love in my hair. When my hair was relaxed, I experimented with many, many shades of browns, golds, hints of copper sunset. But, my greatest love is DEEP RED! I was thinking of doing it for my 1 year loc anniversary in November, with the vision that more of my locs would be sealed and I'd hopefully have a bit more length. I'm leaning toward what I call the 'Rhianna red' to dye some of the tips of my hair. I'm not ready for the full head of bright red!

Ta ta :o)
